Fred Horseshoe Thingy

This unusual addition was donated to The Fred Museum by long time friends and supporters, Becky Barrett and Fast Eddie Shuffler. They found this unique item in a gift shop on their last trip to Texas. They knew it was a 'must have' for the museum.

The metal letters F-R-E-D were cut out by hand then lovingly welded to a horseshoe. It measures about 4 1/2" wide and 3 1/2" tall.

We think this makes a great item for our collection because, as we all know, you never find personalized items imprinted with 'Fred'. No 'Fred' to be found on those little plastic license plates they sell at the Grand Canyon and no 'Fred' appears on the personalized shot glasses you can buy in Las Vegas. Three cheers for Texas and our friends Becky and Fast Eddie!
