There's no place like (Fred's) home. This hand-made, one-of-a-kind needlepoint pillow was a labor of love for Stacy Krikorian, one of the Society's dearest and most generous friends. It measures 14" wide, 12" tall and about 3" thick. It was donated in 1992 and has occupied an important spot in the climate-controlled Museum vault ever since. When asked why the Head Fred chose to keep it in the vault rather than use it during creative napping sessions at Fredquarters, he replied, "It would be like hanging the Mona Lisa in my bathroom." Some things just deserve special attention.
