Let them eat pie, KCIRDERF!

Cinnamon Apple. Peach Cobbler. Lemon Meringue. Our mouths are watering as we imagine what once might have filled this rare and ovoid object d 'Arte. Discovered on e-Bay during a midnight surfing excursion, this antique (or very old at least) pie tin was won in a heart-stopping auction that came down to the very last bid. Lucky for us that Joyce, the nice lady in Florida who decided to part with this rare piece of Frederobilia, hadn’t a clue of what she was letting go. You know what they say: One Joyce’s floor is another Fred’s ceiling!

The pie tin is 9" in diameter and 1 1/2" deep and is made of tin. There are seven, 1/4? holes in the bottom along with the name "FREDRICK." Just think, if you were to flip over a pie that was baked in this pan, it would read 'KCIRDERF' on its bottom. What a yummy thought!
